The Digital Camera Is My Friend (part 1)

The Digital Camera Is My Friend.

We take photos in the dark.

And then we edit them in photoshop later on when we are sleepy and trying to force ourselves to stay awake till midnight.

The Digital Camera and I take photos in Sepia -tone.

We hope that this will make the photos more interesting and beautiful.

We think this might be 'artistic'. :-/

The Digital Camera hates the flash.

It only likes natural light and street lights.

I like squinting at the photos I take in the dark and wondering if I'll be able to change the contrast later on.
This photo is blurry for no particular reason at all.

This is the Digital Camera's fault.

I've been attempting to take the Digital Camera around with me everywhere to capture images much like the ones above of random things that capture my eye whilst I'm wandering about. [The above is a shell of where a building was recently destroyed, it's spooky and wonderful]. Unfortunately it's not working as well as I would like. And I'm becoming more hesitant to take photos with my phone as it grows increasingly slow and cumbersome and I find myself running out of enthusiasm for the different camera apps available.

GUESS WE ALL KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS:

stay tuned for a very ill thought-out ebay purchase of a new camera, coming soon....

:D
